Cristina Correia Cristina Correia, has a Master’s degree in History. Since 1984 she has been a secondary school teacher of History and History of Culture and Arts in a Permanent Post of the Escola Secundária Eça de Queirós, Lisbon. In 1987 she completed professional training in Primary Prevention of Drug Addiction and Risk Behaviours provided by the Centro de Estudos da Profilaxia da Droga. Since 2000 she has been licensed as a trainer for Bolsa Nacional de Formadores, within the framework of the European Union Social Funds. Between 1992 and 1995 she worked as senior technician in the International and European Community Affairs Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Youth, Portugal. From 1995 until 1998 she was Head of the Co-ordination Department of Camões Institute, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Between 1983 and 2008 she also taught Portuguese language and culture in private and public institutions. A co-founder of Museum With No Frontiers she has been its vice-president since 1997 and collaborated in the implementation of the Portuguese network within the three cycles of the Virtual Museum, Discover Islamic Art, Discover Baroque Art and Sharing History: Europe–Arab World 1815–1918.
