Kraš’s chocolate souffle

Ingredients 3 eggs
110 g sugar
100 g Dorina or other cooking chocolate
90 g sifted flour
35 g butter
1 spoon of cocoa powder
1 spoon of milk
Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Melt the chocolate with the butter and mix well. Leave to cool slightly and then mix the butter and chocolate mixture with the eggs and sugar. Add sifted flour, then cocoa powder and milk and mix well. Prepare four soufflé dishes or buttered pans and divide the mixture equally between them. Please in the freezer for one hour, then pre-heat your oven to 210°C. Bake for 10–15 minutes, making sure the outer portion becomes crispy, while maintaining a soft interior. Leave to cool in the soufflé dishes, and then serve with whipped cream.
